1.The waste tire production line in our company without any pollution(waste water, waste gas, dust, residue), Low power consumption, high degree of automation, great social & economic benefit, etc. The waste tire recycling production line can process tires from 3M-60MT/day. The final rubber powder is from 30-200mesh. The line can not only seperate the steel wires, fiber and rubber powder completely. but also produce the activated powder. This kind of activated powder can be used to make better-than-average rubber products directly, instead of 10%-20% natural rubber. The final rubber products can reach or even above the relevant national standard. The factory has been in this industry for many years, have exported such line to different countries, and have also been advanced in the leading position in China.
